General HelpDesk
For sales, support (if you have a case id), and general enquiries. The Open Network Helpdesk is the first place where most questions can be dealt with. The helpdesk is available during normal business hours.

If you wish to contact the Open Network out of business hours, you have to use our email us page. We may not contact you until business hours have resumed.
Technical Support
If you require product specific technical support you must use our email based technical support system to get a case id before you can contact the helpdesk. This usually takes less than 24 hours. Just email us to get a case id.
Other Issues
Corporate issues, complaints, and official correspondance must be sent to the Open Network's head office. Head Office is based in London and accepts mail only. The address and company details are described on our about us page.
